The Prelude Chroma palette by Lime crime

The Prelude Chroma palette is another one of my favs. Just look at that outstanding art work. For me the packaging is as important as the product it self, I love to hold and open and look at these palettes they never stop to impress me.

This palette reminds me of the art by John William Waterhouse, like The lady of Sharlot and Ophelia, but has a strong resemblance to "The Birth of Venus" by Alexandre Cabanel.

Such attention for details.

It should be obvious to us all by now that the mytos holds a huge part in Lime Crimes product, the atmosphere these images creates, it all part of the experience.

As the other palettes, it comes in a sturdy card board packaging, with a nice sized mirror, 8 pans of eyeshadow. There are two foils in thei palette I am crazy about: Nymph and Eros. They both make your eyelids look like mirrors of gold and copper. Dab gently into the pan with a finget and tap and gently stroke across lidd. Seriously stunning.

I use this palette almost everyday by it self or in combination with others. The color story sure is subdued, romantic, yet decadent. you can create vampy looks or very natural looks with this, but you will always have a different result, you will get compliments, trust me on that one.

The palette has perfect color story for blending, for smoking out an eyelook, you can pull it more goth or more romantic. Very versatile indeed.  Get it as Lime Crime for $38.

Lime Crime is vegan and cruelty free.
